Quite often wear all black but I love this outfit. I'm obsessed with flares and have been since my Avril Lavigne days. The trousers are high waisted so they make your legs super long. I feel like a simple long sleeved black top goes well with them because they're quite a statement. The leather jacket and the choker makes it look a bit more casual and cool.
I also wear my Nike trainers with this outfit because I don't want to look too dressy and it reminds me of when men in the 90's wore flared or bootcut jeans with trainers.
